CONCLUSION: These findings demonstrate the long-term disease-modifying effects of a glial-targeted iNOS inhibitor, 1400W, in a rat GD model by modulating reactive gliosis, neurodegeneration (parvalbumin-positive neurons), and neuronal hyperexcitability. …”
