Secondly, this article questions the possible relationship between the formal acceptation of cultural pluralism that consolidates educational modernization and the intensification of free trade agreements that lean towards Mexico’s economic modernization.Recibido: 11 de mayo de 2009Aceptado: 28 de enero de 2010…”

“…Abstract: Human rights education is an obligation of the State that emanates from international standards, which has the need to build a culture  protection and defense of human rights, therefore, isn´t enough that only theoretical and normative contents of human rights are taught in universities; it´s necessary to promote practices and values inside and outside the university classrooms, specifically in the law degree, to train future lawyers a holistic vision of human rights that allows them to respond to the new Mexican legal system. Thus, in the case of the UAEM law degree, it is proposed to implement a human rights program to promote attitudes and values in students so that they understand the problems of the context in which they live, and assume the responsibility to propose solutions with a human rights perspective.…”

With the integration of the system of mandatory judicial precedents in our legislation, a new paradigm is observed in which a common law style of legal doctrine is adopted - typical of Anglo-Saxon countries - but also the style of precedent-based jurisprudence used by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights; and it is that there have been many reasons that have led the Judiciary of the Federation to seek options that expedite the administration of justice in the field of human rights, the main one being the need to strengthen the sentences issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation so that they have a greater impact, and in this way, the human rights of citizens who find themselves in similar situations are protected more efficiently and quickly, avoiding litigation that reaches the highest levels, in the desire to achieve the correct protection of the human rights of the defendants. Keywords: Legal precedent, human rig legal precedent, human rights, jurisprudence, Constitutional reform, protection law.…”
