    “…A partir de entonces, una de las inquietudes más importantes es aquella que surge de la interrogación sobre el tratamiento constitucional que tienen las minorías étnicas o nacionales minoritarias en China.Acercarnos a analizar los cambios ocurridos en torno a la relación entre el gobierno central y las monorías étnicas nos permite conocer cómo, en China, se han enfrentado a la cuestión de la construcción de una identidad nacional en un complejo escenario de diversidad cultural y nos plantea una interrogante sobre de los límites del multiculturalismo, de la interculturalidad y de las posibilidades de llevar a cabo un proyecto pluriétnico de estado multicultural.Con base a lo anterior, este artículo ha sido organizado del siguiente modo: en la primera parte se desarrollan y se definen los términos que serán utillizados como base para la reflexión; en la segunda parte se exponen los cambios que han tenido lugar en las diferentes Constituciones, referentes a las políticas de reconocimiento hacia las minorías nacionales desarrollafdas bajo el período de Mao y se comparan con el marco de la definición del cambio de rumbo marcado en la constitución de 1982, para, posteriormente, presentar algunas conclusiones.…”
