After that, the antifungal activity of a single volatile component was evaluated both in vitro and in vivo, four single components with antifungal effects were screened out, namely, benzaldehyde, nonanal, 2-Phenylethanol and isoamyl acetate, with IC(50) values show the smallest values for benzaldehyde and nonanal at 0.11 μL mL(−1), 0.04 μL mL(−1). …”
