Accumulator and Compressor for the CERN SPL Proton Beam
Design study of an accumulator and a compressor for the CERN SPL based proton driver is detailed. Proton beam generated and formed with the complex will be high power and short bunches to drive intense pion beam which finally decays into muon beam.
