Z and J/ψ production in p+p and Pb+Pb collisions at the LHC measured with the ATLAS detector.
ATLAS results on the production of Z bosons and J/Psi mesons in the 2011 pp and PbPb running are shown. An overview of the analyses are shown, focussing on the most recent results, and comparisons to theoretical predictions are made.
