Measurement of top-quark pair-production with 10 pb\textsuperscript{-1} of CMS data
The plan for the observation of top quark in $\mu$+jet channel with the first LHC data is reported. Accounting jets, missing transverse energy and a high transverse momentum muon, a robust event selection is developed. The non-ideal detector condition in the phase of early data taking is considered....
