Searches for direct pair production of third generation squarks with the ATLAS detector

We present recent results in the search for direct production of 3rd generation squarks with the full ATLAS 2012 dataset of 20.7 fb-1. No evidence for physics beyond Standard Model is seen and exclusion bounds on direct bottom squark and top squark production are presented.
