RF measurements on thin film deposited QWR prototype
This report summarizes the progress made on the control of the characteristics of a Nb layer deposited on the RF cavity substrate. The characteristics obtained are liable to produce excellent RF characteristics, to be tested on the ISOLDE cavities to be delivered by CERN.
