Analysis of trapping fractions for a 4D Hénon map
For beam injection from the PS into the SPS, one performs an extraction in multiple turns, a so called multi-turn extraction. This is done by splitting the beam into multiple beams so they can be separated. The dependence of the splitting efficiency on several parameters is investigated.
