The ATLAS Tau Trigger in Run 2
This note describes the algorithms and selections used in the ATLAS experiment to trigger on hadronically decaying tau leptons in the LHC Run~2. The performances of the tau trigger in the $33\,\mathrm{fb}^{-1}$ of $pp$ collision data recorded in 2016 at $\sqrt{s}=13$ TeV are documented.
