LHC Full Energy Exploitation Study: Upgrade for Operation Beyond Ultimate Energy of 7.5TeV

This report looks at the feasibility and limitations of upgrading the HL-LHC for operation beyond the ultimate beam energy of 7.5 TeV by means of replacing a fraction of the nominal LHC dipole magnets with 11 T Nb3Sn magnets.
