Search for radiative $b$-baryon decays and study of their anomalous photon polarization at LHCb
This thesis presents the study of two radiative b-baryon decays: $\Lambda_b \to \Lambda \gamma$ and $\Xi_b^- \to \Xi^- \gamma$.
