Tagging boosted $W$ bosons applying machine learning to the Lund Jet Plane
In this note we study the performance of taggers using the Lund Plane, and the information from the successive splittings leading to its construction, to identify jets originating from W bosons. They are compared to the baseline taggers used by ATLAS in Run 2 as well.
