New bellow installed in inner triplet magnet at Point 8

To repair the leak that occurred in July 2023 in the LHC accelerator, a new bellow was installed in the LHC's inner triplet magnet at Point 8. The inner triplet magnets are located to the left of P8 of the LHC and play a crucial role in focusing the beams for the LHCb experiment.
