Agreement on construction of the 3.7 metre European Hydrogen Bubble Chamber
In July 1967, the CERN-France-Federal Republic of Germany agreement on construction of the BEBC was signed by Hans van Heppe (left) German Secretary of State for Scientific Research, Bernard Gregory and Francis Perrin (right) French delegate to the CERN Council.
