Intersection I8, ISR
Intersection I-8 of the ISR. This apparatus is being used by the Pisa-Stony Brook Collaboration in measurements of the p-p total cross-section and the features of inelastic collisions. The experiment utilizes large scintillation counter hodoscopes symmetrically placed around the interaction region.
