Possible new low-energy measurements of the pp to nn differential cross-section at AD
A new high precision measurement of the pp to nn differential cross- section using a slowly extracted p beam from the CERN Antiproton Decelerator is proposed. The physics motivation and the possible apparatus are briefly described. (15 refs).
