New results on $K_{L}$ and $K_{S}$ rare decays by NA48
New measurements of the branching ratios $K_{L} \to e^{+}e^{-} e^{+}e^{-}$ and $K_{L} \to \pi^{0}\gamma\gamma$ are presented.
