The TENDL neutron data library and the TEND1038 38-group neutron constant system

The library contains neutron data for 103 nuclei - i.e. for 38 actinide nuclei (from sup 2 sup 3 sup 2 Th to sup 2 sup 4 sup 9 Cm), 26 fission fragment nuclei and 39 nuclei in structural and technological materials.
