Beam-Loss Induced Pressure Rise of LHC Collimator Materials Irradiated with 158 GeV/u $In^{49+}$ Ions at the CERN SPS
During heavy ion operation, large pressure rises, up to a few orders of magnitude, were observed at CERN, GSI, and BNL.
