Amendment to paragraph II A)1 and A)2 of Annex A1 of the Staff Rules

The Finance Committee is invited to recommend the Council to approve and the Council is invited to approve the amendment to paragraph II A)1 and 2 of Annex A1 of the Staff Rules, as proposed in section 3 of this document.
