Direct measurement of the masses of /sup 11/Li and /sup 26-32/Na with an on-line mass spectrometer
New developments giving improved results are described for the spectrometer associated with the CERN 24 GeV proton beam. The /sup 6 /Li mass excess is 40940+or-80 keV which gives a binding of +170+or-80 keV and a deduced logft value of 5.0, in good agreement with some theoretical values. For the Na...
