A measurement of $e^{+}e^{-} \to$ hadrons at $\sqrt{s}$=27.4 GeV

During the initial running of PETRA at 27.4 GeV, the authors have measured the reaction e/sup +/e/sup -/ to hadrons using the MARK J detector.
