Studies near N = 82; evidence for a shell closure at Z = 64
In the study of nuclei far from stability radioactive decay becomes a major mechanism with which to obtain nuclear structure information. The program prescribed here has to do with the investigation of short- lived nuclei near the N=82 closed shell. (13 refs).
