Resonance production in two-photon collisions at LEP with the L3 detector
A spin-parity-helicity analysis shows the dominance of the gamma to rho /sup 0/ rho /sup 0/ state at threshold, in the wave (J/sup P/, J /sub z/) = (2/sup +/, +or-2) and a significant signal in the 0/sup +/ wave.
