At NA3
The photo shows the proportional chamber PC1 of the NA3 forward spectrometer. The chamber was placed downstream the beam dump and specially designed to support a high flux of particles, see Nucl. Instrum. Methods 175 (1980) 319. Anta Diop stands on the foreground, right.
