description | We present a partial report of a more general ethnographic study that examines how educational intervention and reflective processes mediate, in the improvement of teaching, as training devices of a professionalizing postgraduate course for in-service basic education teachers. The research was carried out in the Master's Degree in Basic Education (MEB) offered, by the National Pedagogical University of Mexico in several of its units, in the Sociocultural Animation of Language specialization, one of the ten areas of specialization that this master's degree includes. In the MEB, the intervention is an articulating device of the formative path in the program in which the teachers-students (PEs) explore, with the school groups they attend, strategies to overcome unsatisfactory situations that they face in the teaching and learning of the written language. The analysis shows how individual and collective reflection on the difficulties experienced in the intervention favor the PEs to take ownership and to incorporate new pedagogical perspectives in their practice, by favoring the re-elaboration of their understanding and teaching knowledge about the teaching of written language. |

Presentamos un reporte parcial de un estudio etnográfico más general en el que se examina cómo median la intervención educativa y los procesos reflexivos en la mejora de la enseñanza, en tanto dispositivos de formación de un posgrado profesionalizante para profesores en servicio de educación básica. La investigación se realizó en la Maestría en Educación Básica (MEB) que ofrece la Universidad Pedagógica Nacional de México en varias de sus unidades, en la especialización Animación Sociocultural de la Lengua (EASL), una de las diez áreas de especialización que contempla dicha maestría. En la MEB, la intervención es un dispositivo articulador del trayecto formativo en el programa en el que los profesores-estudiantes (PE) exploran, con los grupos escolares que atienden, estrategias para superar situaciones insatisfactorias que enfrentan en la enseñanza y el aprendizaje del lenguaje. El análisis muestra cómo la reflexión individual y colectiva sobre las dificultades experimentadas en la intervención propician que los PE se apropien e incorporen nuevas perspectivas pedagógicas en su práctica al favorecer la reelaboración de sus comprensiones y saberes docentes sobre la enseñanza del lenguaje.
