Sumario:This paper is the product of a larger research undertaken at the University of Veracruz. The objective is to identify challenges that teachers face when participating in the PEDPA, using the qualitative method, using open interview techniques and classroom observation to obtain information. Four challenges were identified: Conceiving the program as a generator of inputs to improve its practice, eradicating or strengthening actions that limit or improve the educational process, plan academic activities to avoid interfering in the teaching task and propose alternatives to improve the processes related to the programs of stimuli economic.
