Sumario: | The Learning Professional Communities (LPC) aim at implementing processes that help to decrease the individualistic way of working. Early childhood teachers should collaborate in a more collective way of working. In this way they can be part of professional communities and interact with other early childhood educators to exchange ideas to innovate the educational system. It is important for early childhood (preschool) teachers to be united so that good cognitive development can be achieved in the early educational stages of students (Aparicio-Molina & Sepúlveda-López, 2018, p. 3). According to the Regional Program Social Policies in Latin America (SOPLA [For its acronym in German] 2014) relates how one can work to achieve learning at the cognitive level of preschool students. Based on this research, this organization highlighted the importance of creating work plans and team-teaching strategies. |
