Sumario: | Given the scarcity of diagnoses related to the prevalence of psychosocial factors and risks in the workplace, the present study was carried out in order to know the perception of 224 Salvadoran workers associated with relational discomfort, making use of the Healthy Talent Model© instruments and HTMetrics PCAS Tool©, from a descriptive and inferential analysis through the Chi-square test that show the prevalence of psychosocial risks of personal violence, CABI and psychological harassment-mobbing, in order to conclude the type of intervention that It must be addressed by business decision makers, designing preventive and reactive intervention programs and/or strategies to mitigate the existence of psychosocial risks in work environments. |
