Sumario:This article exposes a practical experience of implementing the design thinking methodology in a virtual library marketing course, with the aim of designing innovative services that are attached to the needs of the user population. A variety of technological tools were used and each of the stages was carefully planned to be able to develop them synchronously and virtually. Satisfactory results were observed, and teamwork, empathy, assertive communication, and innovation were also promoted.
