We describe steps for constructing and administering iROBOT, diagnosing and recording colitis, preparing samples, and analyzing fluorescence and base editing ratios of iROBOT. We detail a colitis ameliorating assay using the disease activity index, colon length, tissue pathological section, and cytokine analysis.
