1,3-Diphenylureido hydroxamate as a promising scaffold for generation of potent antimalarial histone deacetylase inhibitors
We report a series of 1,3-diphenylureido hydroxamate HDAC inhibitors evaluated against sensitive and drug-resistant P. falciparum strains.
