Novobiocin-induced anti-proliferative and differentiating effects in melanoma B16.
The antibiotic drug novobiocin was evaluated for its anti-tumour properties in B16 melanoma cells. Novobiocin is shown to inhibit melanoma B16 cell proliferation.
