The Relationship between Caffeine Contracture of Intact Muscle and the Effect of Caffeine on Reticulum

At concentrations between 1 to 10 mM, caffeine reduced the Ca-accumulating capacity of fragmented reticulum obtained from frog and rabbit muscle.
