Intracellular pH recovery from alkalinization. Characterization of chloride and bicarbonate transport by the anion exchange system of human neutrophils

The nature of the intracellular pH-regulatory mechanism after imposition of an alkaline load was investigated in isolated human peripheral blood neutrophils.
