The anticancer drug mithramycin A sensitises tumour cells to apoptosis induced by tumour necrosis factor (TNF)
In this report we show that mithramycin considerably increases the direct cytotoxic effect of tumour necrosis factor (TNF) on tumour cells in vitro.
