In the title compound, C(8)H(8)N(4)S, the planar triazole ring forms a dihedral angle of 13.7 (2)° with the phenyl ring. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N—H⋯S hydrogen-bond interactions, linking the molecules into chains along the a axis.
