In the title compound, C(14)H(16)N(2)O(2)S, the two aromatic rings make a dihedral angle of 13.9 (1)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by both inter- and intramolecular N—H⋯O, C—H⋯O and C—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.
