The title compound, C(6)H(13)ClNO(+)·C(6)H(2)N(3)O(7) (−), was synthesized from picric acid and 4-(2-chloroethyl)morpholine. The crystal structure is stabilized by C—H⋯O and N—H⋯O hydrogen-bond interactions.
