In the title compound, C(14)H(27)NO(5), the hydroxy group and one of the acetate carbonyl O atoms are linked by an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond, forming an eight-membered ring. This interaction gives rise to an asymmetric molecular conformation.
