In the title molecule, C(24)H(32)N(4)O(2), the piperazine ring adopts a chair conformation and the dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 35.4 (1)°. In the crystal structure, intermolecular O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds link molecules into chains along [001].
