In the title 3:1 adduct, 3C(7)H(6)O(3)·C(5)H(5)N(5), an intramolecular O—H⋯O hydrogen bond occurs in each of the three 2-hydroxybenzoic acid molecules. In the crystal, the components are linked by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯N hydrogen bonds.
