In the title molecule, C(25)H(20)N(3)O(2)P, the dihedral angle between the mean planes of the benzotriazol ring system and the N-bonded benzene ring is 45.8 (2)°. All but one of the angles at the P atom show slight distortions from an ideal tetrahedral geometry.
