In the title compound, C(18)H(20)N(4)O(6), the dihedral angle between the two fused five-membered rings in the glycoluril unit is 64.42 (2)°. The crystal structure features intermolecular N—H⋯O and C—H⋯O interactions. An intramolecular C—H⋯O contact is also present.
