There are two molecules in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, C(19)H(15)NO(2), in which the dihedral angles between the naphthalene ring system and the pyridine ring are 40.5 (3) and 41.2 (4)°. In the crystal, C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules.
