In the title compound, C(18)H(17)FN(2)O, the imidazole ring makes dihedral angles of 76.46 (7) and 40.68 (7)° with the methoxyphenyl and fluorophenyl rings, respectively. The dihedral angle between the two benzene rings is 71.25 (6)°.
