In the crystal of the title compound, C(14)H(10)F(3)NO, intramolecular O—H⋯N and O—H⋯F hydrogen bonds generate S(6) and S(10) intramolecular hydrogen-bonded rings. The dihedral angle between the planes of the aromatic rings is 13.00 (14)°.
