In the title molecular salt, C(6)H(7)ClN(+)·C(3)H(3)O(4) (−), the components are linked by N—H⋯O and O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds, leading to a two-dimensional network parallel to the bc plane. Weak C—H⋯O interactions are also observed.
